The protection of your personal data is important to me. This Privacy Policy provides information on the personal data I process in connection with the operation of the website idarocnakova.cz, communications, consultation bookings and the provision of my services, the purposes and legal bases of the processing, the applicable retention periods, and your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal Data I Process
Depending on how you contact me or use my services, I may process in particular the following personal data:
• first name and surname,
• email address,
• any other contact details that you provide,
• personal data provided when booking a consultation,
• the topic or area of the consultation selected by you,
• the content of our email or other communications,
• personal data necessary for the preparation, arrangement and provision of the services ordered,
• billing and other personal data where necessary for the performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation.
I process only personal data that are necessary for the relevant purpose or that you provide to me.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Communication and handling of enquiries
If you contact me by email or by other means, I process the personal data provided for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and any related communication.
Booking and provision of consultations
I process personal data provided when booking a consultation for the purposes of arranging the appointment, communicating with you prior to the consultation and providing the consultation.
Preparation and provision of services
Where we enter into a business relationship, I process personal data necessary for entering into, performing and administering the relevant contractual relationship and for providing the agreed services.
Compliance with legal obligations
Certain personal data may also be processed where necessary for compliance with legal obligations to which I am subject, including obligations relating to accounting and taxation.
Establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and legitimate interests
Where necessary, personal data may be retained for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller.
Depending on the specific processing activity, the legal basis for processing is, in particular, the necessity of processing in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, or the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.
4. Booking Consultations via Microsoft Bookings
I use Microsoft Bookings, which is part of Microsoft 365, for booking consultations.
When booking a consultation, you provide personal data necessary to arrange the appointment and may provide information concerning the subject matter of the planned consultation. I process these personal data for the purposes of arranging and providing the booked consultation and related communications.
5. Communication by Email
If you contact me at hr@idarocnakova.cz, I process the personal data that you provide in the course of the communication, in particular your email address, identification data and the content of the communication.
I process these personal data for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, communicating in connection with potential cooperation or providing agreed services.
Email communications are provided through Microsoft 365 / Outlook.
6. Recipients and Service Providers
Personal data may, to the extent necessary, be made available to service providers that I use for the operation of the website, communications and consultation bookings.
These include in particular:
• Microsoft – Microsoft 365, Outlook and Microsoft Bookings,
• Framer B.V. – the platform used to create and operate the website,
• other providers of technical, accounting or professional services, where their involvement is necessary for the relevant purpose.
7. Transfers of Personal Data Outside the European Economic Area
Certain providers of technical or cloud services may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal data are transferred outside the EEA, such transfers are carried out only under the conditions laid down in the GDPR, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision or subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. Retention of Personal Data
I retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
Personal data relating to communications and enquiries are retained for the period necessary to deal with the communication and any subsequent cooperation.
Where a contractual relationship is established, the relevant personal data may be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period necessary for compliance with legal obligations or for the protection of legal claims.
Personal data processed on the basis of a legal obligation are retained for the period prescribed by the applicable legal provisions.
9. Cookies and Technical Data
The website is created and published using the Framer platform. The idarocnakova.cz domain and related DNS services are managed through WEDOS.
In its current form, the website does not use third-party marketing or analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics or advertising tools.
If analytics, marketing or other non-technical cookies or similar technologies are added in the future, this information will be updated and, where required, a mechanism for giving and refusing consent will be implemented.

In connection with the processing of personal data, depending on the specific circumstances, you may have in particular the right to:
• request access to your personal data,
• request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data,
• request erasure of personal data,
• request restriction of processing,
• data portability, where the statutory conditions are met,
• object to processing based on legitimate interests,
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The scope of individual rights depends on the circumstances and the legal basis for the relevant processing.
